How do I know if you have received my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will be notified with a confirmation email.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa Debit, Master card. All purchases are in GBP(£). If you are outside the UK the currency will be converted by your bank.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us by email at email@example.com within an hour of your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
With standard delivery you will receive your order in 3-5 working days. If you have selected Next Day Delivery and ordered before (state time) you will receive your order the next working day.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship to the UK and Europe but hope to expand internationally in the near future. Watch this space!

How do I return/exchange items?
To return or exchange an item, please make your request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the product/s (according to the delivery date provided to us by the courier company). Once we have received your request we will issue with a return address. All refunds and exchanges will be permitted as long as items are unused with tag, hygiene strip intact and in their original packaging.
How long will it take to process my refund/exchange?
Once we have received and notified you that we have received your return, it can take take up 21 days to process your return or exchange.
