REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
To return or to exchange an item, please process your request to us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the product/s (according to the delivery date provided to us by the courier company). All refunds and exchanges will be permitted as long as unused with tag, hygiene strip intact and in their original packaging.
We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
If for any reason the product is returned in a different condition to the one that left our premises, we may issue you a partial refund due to the loss in value of the goods as a result of unnecessary handling by yourself.
All refunds will be automatically issued to the form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow up to 21 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.
All goods will be inspected on return.
